Opened the side case, is a light on the motherboard, so it is getting power. Tried turning on the PC again. Notice the CPU fan spins for half a second and stops. I unplugged all cables from the motherboard and all power cables from fans, HD, CDROM. Tried turning the computer on again, by using screw driver to short the power switch pins.

Set it up and turned it on... after pressing power button the power button light turns orange and the fan lights turn on for a second then turn off again. The power light stays orange though. Its driving me crazy.
In summary, with original power supply or new PS, the computer does not turn on thru normal power button (located at the top cover of the PC), but with both power supplies, I saw amber light light on the motherboard when power cord is plugged into PS.
